I don't know scripting, but I do know that you will have to make your script activate by spell that is cast on the body. Check out Reneer's Guard Overhaul which has scripts that allow the player to hide bodies. It is probably similar to what you want to do.

OK, I decided to take those scripts I posted and actually make the mod with them. I had to tweak the scripts a bit, so they're not exactly like how they are in my post. At any rate, I made two versions. One works pretty much exactly like how you wanted it, the other requires you to cast a spell. Read the readme file I put in. And I uploaded it to mediafire instead of on here since on the first page someone mentioned having seen a mod like this before. I tried searching tesnexus but I couldn't find it. But just in case it's really somewhere here, I didn't want to be accused of plagiarism.

The scripts I had in my post needed to be tweaked, so no they won't work. You'll have to download the file and use the scripts in there. And sure, you can use them for whatever you want.
