need help int witch hunt

i have tow big issues frist i cant uploud mi character then when i put upload it sais dao must shut down do a problem and second it says that cant load the area i dont know what to do

'I have 2 big issues with DAO. First, I cant upload my character, when I try to it says that DAO must shut down due to an error. Second, it says that it cant load the area. I dont know what to do.'

 

Unfortunately, I cant help with the problem, having not played DAO before, but maybe what I wrote will allow someone else to aid you.
