Thandal Posted March 31, 2011 Share Posted March 31, 2011 Without a lot more information about your system, your EA account, what steps you're taking, and what errors you're getting, there's not much anyone else can do to help. I would suggest contacting EA's Customer Support at "http://support.ea.com". In the past they were able to resolve two major, and some other minor issues to my satisifaction.
