The purpose of this FAQ is to open the mod to a wider span of the public and to heed advice and requests for the mod. This FAQ will start to be most usefull when version 1.5 comes out because then the mod will show true quality and be out of the alpha stage and on to the post alpha stage. The mod itself is generaly about what the name states, it coloniseses Freeside and turns it into a law friendly slum with over 50 new NPCs so far, many new lights, over 500 new static objects in the worldspace and gneraly turns the area into a post apocalyptic Las Vegas. 1.5 (The Next Update) In 1.5 the following will generaly change: You will see a better performance with weaker lights that look more natrual, everything will be navemeshed and nevemsh finalized, everything will have ownership, four fully dynamicly lit interiors will be added, npc's will be able to walk betwen cells, street lights will vary from bright white to a dark yellowy orange depending on their possition to show weakness and variation, there will be piles of scavanged junk on the streets from the collapsed buildings (scavanged many years ago), the market shops will be replaced with a raggidy cloathes shop and makeshift weapon shop wilst leaving the bar a scrap shop (this is for realism), there will be almost all areas fully filled in with their objects and people, two repair men will be added that walk around town maintaining the generators I have added and all the street lights, all street lights will be conected together by makeshift wires done by the old maitnens men (this is to show that they are all conected together and this was done after the war and this shows that the people of freeside rely on themselves for lights), there will be less working street lights and more neon lights, the prostitute will actualy dance, all known bugs will be fixed, everything will be tweaked to be performance friendly, eye and law friendly, piles of used junk will litter the streets from the many years of locals littering the area, buildings that have interiors with no front window but the outside building soes have a front window will be fixed for realism, many neaon signs will be added to the buildings just like real Las Vegas, big billboard will be on top of the building just like real Las Vegas, custom Freeside local made neopn signs will be added to: (all the vendors, signs indicating wether the door you are entering is the North or East Freeside gate, a whole new North Freeside sign at the North gate Entrance, and a market sign), and finaly the shop vendors at the market can be traded with and have daily ruteens such as sitting and cleaning their store.
