jihaeha Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 Hello all! Skyrim keeps crashing upon autosaving. After I turn off autosave, it still crashes when an autosave would usually occur. I thought maybe I might have too many saves so I deleted some of the old ones, but that didn't help... Shows how much I know, I guess (haha). Prior to this autosave issue, I would get a message about scripting issues being too slow for Frostfall, but I think I fixed that since everything's working fine now aside from the autosave crashes. Not sure if it's related or anything though. Step-by-step instructions would be greatly appreciated.
shadowslasher410 Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 what's your papyrus debug log say? have you checked that?
jihaeha Posted September 3, 2015 Author Posted September 3, 2015 what's your papyrus debug log say? have you checked that? Thank you for the response; that's the first I've heard of Papyrus Debug! I tried out the steps on here http://wretchedcalx.blogspot.com/2012/04/broken-mods-papyrus-debugger-and-you.html but I'm kind of stuck on Step 6... I looked at the bottom of Papyrus.0 and it says "VM is thawing..." Not entirely sure what I'm looking for though. Should I just copypasta the entire thing under a spoiler tag? It seems like an awful lot of information...
jihaeha Posted September 4, 2015 Author Posted September 4, 2015 I'm still having this problem, just so you all know...
jihaeha Posted September 4, 2015 Author Posted September 4, 2015 Thank you Mangarian and Griede for walking me through this!
