High level monter buff deactivation

Hey,

 

is there any mod that only eliminates high level monters damage buff.

 

I am sick with that, especially that i am using mod that increase zone monster level.

 

Getting one shot not ideal at all :P

 

I heard that BCE removes it, but i am not happy with overall changes made by it.

 

So my question still stands is there a mod that removes it and there isn't can someone tell me what file do i need to modify to eliminate it.
