Abramul
I don't think that slightly altering settings would be sufficient. Your best bet would be to ask (in the mod request thread, of course) that someone create a mod that "increases base damage and multipliers for strength and skill level for Hand-to-Hand." (Or decreases it, or increases one and decreases the other. Whatever.) DON'T point them here, but mention this mod in the readme as well as the hypothetical new mod. Alternately, start from scratch. The formulas can be found here

Abr I dint take someone elses Mod and slightly alter it.I have a mod started from scratch with about 13-16 settings altered.2 settings and their mult were copied. This is not a sad attempt to get credit off someones work, My mod is by far a lot diffirent but a specific formula used in the other mod worked quite well. Increases in base damage for h2h would be a bad attempt at this, Mine revolves more around the fatigue settings of the game. ALL whole thread was is asking if its ok to use a good formula and only ONE formula was copied. example: 1+1=2 is a good working formula But it seems that I should not use this authors formula for thos particular settings; no big deal I'll figure another working formula for them. Thank you Abramul, vagrant, sickle, peregrine for feedback. I'm just going to ditch that formula
Vagrant0
Don't give up just yet, just wait till someone comes along and actually has something to say about this particular set of circumstances. This isn't using someone's models and claming them as your own, or blatently taking their entire mod and deciding that you wanted to change the name of one of their NPCs. This about the equivilant of looking at the 10-15 mods that alter clutter value, then making a NEW mod that has the same prices for the same bits of clutter as they seemed right in the other mods. Unless I'm mistaken.

Unless I'm mistaken. Ya that seems about right, This formula decides how much damage h2h will do based on skill level and strength.. this particular formula is very balanced and my previous atempts to change it ended up unbalancing and ruining the mod. It's in no way the focus of my mod.
Abramul
Have you checked whether the author is active elsewhere? First place to look would be the official fora.
raikien -.-
Have you checked whether the author is active elsewhere? First place to look would be the official fora. :) I finished this mod, I used a different more effiecent formula in the end. 67 setttings where changed most regarding fatigue. Sadly I ended up nerfing daggers and shortswords due to the reach, currently I'm working on changing the range of all the weapons to fit with this mod. Which reminds me.. Every setting here is under the settings tab in the cs, from what I understand These settings won't crash your game as they are not global scripts, I have someone testing it for me right now who says that they are getting crashes, goes back to the top then can these settings crash the game, I did make sure the mod was clean I din't hit recompile all scripts and there isnt a single script in this mod.
