Even moreso because I'd had no idea there were so many fan renditions of the same music on Youtube. I just spent a good half an hour watching (listening, really) video after video. IMHO the Morrowind theme is a gorgeous piece and by far my favorite of ANY video game theme - it comes close to being my favorite instrumental piece, period. For some reason I just find it very moving and emotional, though I couldn't explain why for the life of me. The Oblivion theme is a nice piece that I think evokes the spirit of the game as it was intended to, but it's just another theme for just another adventure. I agree completely, there's tons of games with great soundtracks (Zelda, Oblivion, KoToR etc. too many to mention) but there's just something about Morrowinds that makes it stand out from the rest.
