LE Recolored magic special effects Request

I am currently doing some spellpacks for skyrim but I dont know how to edit the things like projectile and beams effect, I just get some effects from different spellpacks but some are hard to find. . .

Red Chain Lightning special effects

Red Thunderbolt special effects

Super White Ice Volley Projectile

Blackish colored Ash Shell Projectile
