A simple Helmet request; Helm of Might

Since I've failed many times trying to figure out 3d modeling, I once again come here asking for a hopeful savior to a very simple request; http://www.wowhead.com/item=16866/helm-of-might

 

Was hoping this could be made. It's the Helm of Might from World of Warcraft, a vicious brace for the warrior's mouth. The graphics are pretty fail compared to what we have now, but if someone takes up this request, could they make it look proper? As in, the chains in the back actually sticking out instead of being color on the texture? Would be greatly appreciated! It doesn't need to be shiny and brand new, but that'd be cool if it was. I'd prefer a grimy, post-war garbage texture if time warrants it, but a simple silver finish is fine by me.
