I don't have a high sneak skill so I had to kill the Crimson Bandits instead and in doing so, I can't get any info out of 'em. The journal says to look for the ghost for help, but I can't find him again after he ran away after telling me the dam is gonna break. Where is he at? Tried googling for info to no avail.
