Chem, AID and alcohol visual effect (request)

First of all, I'm sorry if this is suggested before. And if my request already exist, please point me at it.

 

 

Here's the thing; the visual effect from taking drugs (chem,aid,alch) always show when the drugs run off. This annoys me since everyone that have taken some sort of drugs (and alcohol) irl knows that the 'visual' effects kicks in just after the drugs are taken, not when the drugs wear off (most of drugs atleast).

So my request is this; can someone make a mod that gives the visual effect when you take the drugs instead of when it wears off (opposite of the games default visual effect)?

To indicate that the drugs are wearing of, it's enough with a note like you get for doing what ever in the game.

 

I'm not a moder, so I don't know if this can be done (crossing my fingers), and with FA4 just around the corner I can understand if no one bother looking in to this. But it would be nice though. :smile:
