Can't make selections on pipboy

This issue just popped up randomly, it was working ok until then. I was having an issue with VATS blending lines together and not showing percentages assumed it was darnified and figured I'd have to reinstall.

 

Then out of the blue I can't select anything on the pipboy screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it with no luck, darnified first modded the .ini file. I've played around with load order with no luck so far.

NMD fixed, re-installed played around with the order, got it working.
