Fallout New Vegas Keeps Crashing

Its keeps crashing when I enter exterior/interior cells, and sometimes fast traveling after 30 minutes of playing.

 

This is my first time posting on this forum, please bare with me

 

Update: I noticed that YUP - NPC Fixes (Base Game + All DLC) was unchecked accidently on Mod Organizer but I don't know if that is the culprit and would solve my problem If I checked it. Is there something wrong with this load order that is causing these type of crashes? other than the unchecked.

Update 2: YUP - NPC Fixes (Base Game + All DLC) was the culprit so after reactivating this esp and playing new vegas again I haven't got one single crash in a hour and I installed Zan AutoPurge Crash Protector as well just for good measure. Thank you all and good night.
