My current location I believe is called the Nevada Highway Station. I'm trying to unlock the bathroom. My current load order is in the screenshots. Everything but the lockpicking works. Also, I do know my load order is awful. :confused: so no need to comment on that other then to help me out with putting stuff in certain spots.
