SirTwist
I am wondering if it is possible to merge a number of mods together, to make my list a bit smaller. I will probably come back and update this list at a later point, but I am new to merging mods, and I want to know, before I do something totally dumb and screw up my game severely from merging the wrong things together. Here goes nothing:Project Nevada and all of it's componentsFOOK and it's componentsGopher's Advanced Recon, all of the gear, etc.NosCo Companion System and ACM NCCS Companion WheelAll of Izumiko's T6M mods (I don't have these yet, but will download when I can.) As I said, I don't want to merge these, and then find out I broke the game because I did something wrong. I want to be sure that I am doing something right here, and making something decent for myself, and others. I'm not going to merge all of Project Nevada with anything else, until I make one last merge patch out of what I have left. I will, probably, be adding mods to this list. Note that I am only merging esp's and esm's, not bsa's, textures, or models. And I do use Mod Organizer, so that may help with responses. What I basically want to do is use Mod Organizer, FNVEdit (and it's plugins,) Loot, and whatever advice I can get, to lower my mod count, so I can run a lot of great mods, and still keep the game stable. I'm not going to run 888 mods, just a good number so I can enjoy the game without too many problems.
SirTwist
Instead of editing my previous post, I am uploading a copy of my load order, so that you all can take a look, and let me know what can be merged, or not. I already have a small merge in there, following EssArrBee's instructions to do so. I will be updating this thread as time, and mods, come along. Thank you all who have looked at this. If this does need to be moved, please do so. Thank you all again.And now the movie folks: 0 0 FalloutNV.esm 1 1 DeadMoney.esm 2 2 HonestHearts.esm 3 3 OldWorldBlues.esm 4 4 LonesomeRoad.esm 5 5 GunRunnersArsenal.esm 6 6 ClassicPack.esm 7 7 MercenaryPack.esm 8 8 TribalPack.esm 9 9 CaravanPack.esm10 a YUP - Base Game + All DLC.esm11 b FOOK - New Vegas.esm12 c Project Nevada - Core.esm13 d NosCo Companion System.esm14 e NCCS Nos' Premade Companions.esm15 f ACM NCCS Companion Wheel.esm16 10 Detect Traps.esm17 11 FOOK - New Vegas DLCs.esm18 12 Project Nevada - Equipment.esm19 13 Project Nevada - Rebalance.esp20 14 Project Nevada - Cyberware.esp21 15 Project Nevada - Extra Options.esm22 16 oHUD.esm23 17 Advanced Recon Tech.esm24 18 ELECTRO-CITY - CompletedWorkorders.esm25 19 ELECTRO-CITY - Highways and Byways.esm26 1a YUP - NPC Fixes (Base Game + All DLC).esp27 1b DarNifiedUINV.esp28 1c The Mod Configuration Menu.esp29 1d FOOK - New Vegas.esp30 1e FOOK - New Vegas DLCs.esp31 1f Project Nevada - Rebalance Complete.esp32 20 Project Nevada - Cyberware Additions.esp33 21 The Weapon Mod Menu.esp34 22 Advanced Recon Tech - Detect Traps.esp35 23 Performance Of The Gods.esp36 24 Project Nevada - All DLC.esp37 25 Detect Traps Merged.esp38 26 Advanced Recon Gear.esp39 27 Advanced Recon Tech.esp40 28 GoodSprings Clean.esp41 29 FactionIDCards.esp42 2a [Candora's Box] The Millennium Falcon.esp43 2b adjustable skills limit.esp44 2c CASM with MCM.esp45 2d Centered 3rd Person Camera.esp46 2e Goldbars rebalanced.esp
