Problems with Textures (info provided in Post)

Hi,

 

I hope anybody can help me. Since the release of Dead Money I wanted to start a new playthrough of NV. So I gathered My Mods (Loadorder as attachement) used BOSS to sort it and checked if it runs. And it runs rather fine moch better as before update 5. But it won't schow any custom Textures only the Red Box with the Exclamation Mark in it. all the Mods work fine so far besides the textures. I used FOMM AII and tried some other AII on nexus even the manual F3 one. I will attach my Fallout_default.ini maybe I made a mistake setting it up. I tried reinstalling the Mods, runnig it with fewer Mods ( I don't have so many Mods anyway ), but nothing has helped so far. I will also add a Screenshot.

I Really hope anybody can help me, because I never had this Bug before.
