Earrindo Posted September 8, 2015 Share Posted September 8, 2015 So I am doing a refit of an armor I did for SAM, however its been some time since I did any mesh work and I find myself at a loss with a problem im having.Everything works. The weight slider, the refit, everything. Even the textures all work, save the body and hand textures (the gloves are fingerless, so the hand texture shows on the fingers) When I load up the game, it refuses to display the skin textures on hands or chest, I get the blue missing texture problem. However, as soon as I unequip and reequip the gloves and robe, then everything works great. So technically everything is working however it is somewhat immersion breaking to have to do that. Also if I reload a save, I need to do the same thing again. I did as much research as I could to try and sort this out, and did end up finding out I hadnt done the BSDismember properly, however that didnt fix the problem as I was hoping it might. Earrindo Posted September 10, 2015 Author Share Posted September 10, 2015 I don't have a single clue why this worked, but by redoing the skin parts in 3ds max, then re-exporting it all, it works now *shrugs* I must have done something wrong but dang if I know what.
