When I hit the tab button to bring up the pipboy, I just get the pipboy without a screen, I cannot access weapons, clothing, quests etc. I'm playing three separate characters and when one won't display their PB I try another. Sometimes they will display the screen properly, sometimes not. When they do, I return to my original character and their PB will then display...But not always. Anyone know what's going on? could it be problems with NVSE?
