This is the link:http://geeteeo.home.comcast.net/~geeteeo/downloads.htm#Argonian The mod was meant to fit the beast races (mainly Argonian) in Morrowind since beast races in Morrowind couldn't wear full helms or boots. So, I just wanted to put out an idea to have an armor mod that looked similar to this one, though I think one would first have to get permission from the above-mentioned mod's author, Zenorf. Thanks.
