L33Nexus
Hello, I was wondering if anyone could share with me how it is possible to put fire shaders/effects onto a custom weapon via Nifskope or in Blender. I haven't really done much with Skyrim shader/particle effects so I'm unsure as to how they can be added to new meshes. If anyone knows how this can be achieved I'd very much appreciate a walkthrough of how I can get ahold of those effects and how I can add them to my custom mesh. Thanks in advance! FrankFamily
You generally don't add those shaders and effects to the weapon model itself, instead you asign the shader to the "enchant shader" slot in a magic effect contained in the weapon's enchantment in creationkit unless you want to make a new complex fire effect and even then you'd make a new mesh containing just the fire effect an asign it to the "enchant art" slot.
