waterdog73 Posted April 4, 2011 Share Posted April 4, 2011 I can not figure out just what I am doing wrong in trying to install mods in my retail version of FO3. I installed ArchiveInvalidated and it seemed to install correctly. I activated it but when I search for it in the "FALLOUT" or "Fallout Prefs" file it is not there. I tried installing Dimon type 3 and it does not show up in the date files menu of the game. I am using a 64bit version of Win 7. HELP! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
thebic4 Posted April 4, 2011 Share Posted April 4, 2011 ok first your fallut and fallout perf file is in user/documents/games/fallout 3 and second whem you download dimons mod extract it into a new folder on you desktop open fallout mod manager the click package manger then click add FOMod the find your new folder and click the file that has a nuke sign the activate it and the installer will run OH and get FOSE (fallout script extender) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When I try to use Package Manager and point it to the desktop an "open" box opens up and when I double click on the correct file, "type 3 body v3dot5" it just expands the file to show contents.
