Pcow Posted September 11, 2015 Share Posted September 11, 2015 I have been having this problem for a long time now. Whenever I move my mouse I get a delay, same for my keyboard. It's annoying as hell and makes the game unplayable. I have already tried the following solutions:Fallout Stutter Fix modlow settingsdisabling vsyncupdating graphics driverslowest settingsfps controls in the fallout.iniupdating the versionplaying with FOSENone of these have worked at all. I am running 32 bit windows xp. 2GB of ram, Nvidia Geforce 7900 GS, 3.39GHz cpu. I have tried almost everything and nothing seems to work. And it also does this on New Vegas. Also, I don't think this matters, but I torrented the game. I thought that the torrent might have been s#*!, so I tried 3 others.
