DynasuarezWrecks Posted September 11, 2015 Share Posted September 11, 2015 I was trying to attach some effects to otherwise useless objects to make them behave in basically the same way the lucky 8 ball did in Fallout 3. That is as long as you were holding it, your luck went up, but when you dropped it, your luck went down. The lucky 8 ball had the convenience of there being only one, so picking it up and dropping it was akin to toggling the effect. The problem I have comes from the fact that I am attaching effects to items that you can have multiple instances of. I'll use the baseball as an example. Suppose I attach an effect to the baseball. I use placeatme to spawn two baseballs. I pick up the first, and the effect applies correctly. I pick up the second, and nothing happens (which is my intention). Now when I drop one baseball, the effect is removed from my character even though I still have one. I understand why this is happening. What I would like to know is if there is a way to keep the effect as long as I am still holding at least one baseball. Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
