FOOK2 1.2 BETA, Animation problem

I just did a new install of fallout, deleted all the mods and everything, now I am starting again, because I realized how terribly lagged and glitched my game was. So the first mod I thought of downloading, was fook2.

So I go to the download page, like I did when I last got it, but whenever I try to get the 1.1 beta files, I get an error. Downloading the 1.0 RC however is fine. Anyway, I asked about it in the shoutbox, where I got referred to fallout3nexus.com to download the 1.2 beta. So as I was playing with my mods, starting the game all over again, I noticed the animations are terribly flawed (I do not know it is fook2 at this point) where when I take out any weapon, it looks as if my character is holding the weapon as far as possible from his chest, like for example. Take your hands, and turn them into fists. Bring them up to a boxers position, then move them as far from your chest as possible, while maintaining the boxers position. That is what I am getting and it is completely annoying. So I started a new game yet again, and started the mods one by one. I start fook2. And it happens. I disable fook2, and it is back to normal. When I was using the 1.1 beta on my old game, it was working perfectly. So is there anyway I can get 1.1 again. Because the download page is not working. NOTE: Fook2 was the only mod I had running, So I am positive it is fook2 and fook2 alone that is causing this extremely annoying animation glitch.

EDIT: I would provide a screen shot, but all the screenshots I take with prnt scrn, are corrupted. then If I manage to open them (in photoshop) they look very distorted, so distorted, the barrel of the gun is bigger than the hand thats holding it. Anyway, a screenshot is unavailable.

So can someone provide me with a place to download FOOK2 1.1? Or upload it themselves (I just need the plugins and data files (and hotfixes) because I can download the installer no problem)

Thank you.
