FIND IT! not Galsiah's Character Development, or nGCD, is the one doing this to my Magicka! (I already hav to do something like this with Harvest Flora DLCVileLair when this badass crash my game). The problem know is... I WANT THIS MOD! I'll try to put the nGCD to work the way I want otherwise byebye nGCD. OBSE corrected nGCD. Thanks everyone! Problem solved!
