The other developers are falloutperson416 (Developer and author of well made mod New Vegas Restoration) and the Lead developer GTA44. In case if needed, we may need to hire people who can model or texture. We are still working on the concept of the mod right now. Since we plan on for future developement adding stores, and casino's for the overhaul, a modeler would be great. If we are able to contact each other in email, we could discuss plans.
