  1. 1. Do you think that Oblivion has lost its luster since you bought it?

    • Yes, it just doesn't have as much appeal as it used to.

I've been playing it for just a month and I'm getting bored. It doesn't have the same appeal as Morrowind does. The main quest in Morrowind is much better and longer.

Can I change my vote? lol

I voted awhile ago when I wasn't bored with it, and I thought it would never get boring. Well...I proved myself wrong. This game is incredibly boring. I don't think I'll last until Shivering Ilses comes out. By then I might even have uninstalled it...There is no more appeal, no replay value. I have done all the quests atleast once (none of them have any depth). I have found every location (I'm not kidding). I just don't want to play it anymore...Shivering Ilses had better be the greatest expansion ever, and even still I'd be reluctant to pick Oblivion back up...

If only it was multiplayer...if only. Multiplayer version has increased the life of many of my other games including Dungeon Siege 2. It would do wonders for Oblivion. The reason they don't have a multiplayer version is to focus on making the greatest single player game...they failed...miserably. I have more fun playing Pong...

Bored with it!!, thats becuause you play it too much,

Why cry over spilled milk? Look at the expansion for Morrowind; Bloodmoon & Tribunal..(Shivering isles reminds me of Tribunal).. Tribunal KICK'ed ARSE plain and simple; Bloodmoon was more like a HUGE community made MOD which added a ton of side quests..Nothing wrong that either!!

nope. i don't find it boring at all, mostly cause i almost never actually play it cause i'm busy modding. Ive had the game since it came out, just got shivering isles three days after it came out and have all the beth downloadable content, as well as 156 (as of now) installed mods, and 50 non-installed mods (i hope to combine a LOT of the weapon mods out there into one, to relieve some of the clutter in my data folder and the obmm load list. (for my personal use, don't kill me modders) and even after all this content i still am only a level six thief/darkwizard dark elf

I just recenly picked it up after about a 6 month leave. The game is just as entertianing now as it was when i first started playing.

If it gets borring, store your saves safely and get back to it after some time.

I have found the same. Maybe it was the release of Shivering Isles that did it, but I am itching to get back to OB after a 9-10 month hiatus.

Which probably means I'll stop being a lazy [censored] and start doing some work around here again.

Shivering Ilses is fun when it's not buggy, but I don't think I'm ever returning to Cyrodiil...that place is such a bore. Some time I'll have to though...my house is in there where my collections are. I'll need to grab them up to take them back to Shivering Iles :P
