Need Help with my Load Order for Skyrim

I'm not entirely new to adding mods to my game, but for some reason when I upgraded to win 10 (and then reverted back to win 7), Skyrim and the mods I had in her refused to work properly and I'm trying to work them out. Here are mods I have in the order NMM put them in..somehow I feel it's wrong, but if someone could help me sort these out and put them in the proper order I'd be eternally grateful.

I'm willing to eliminate practically all the mods if I have to. What I want comes down the following:

Younger prettier females (both playable and throughout Skyrim)

Cute playable children as well as children redone throughout Skyrim (with regen like other normal races)

Good hair styles that can be used by nords, bretons imperials and children races.

UNP Body

UNP Pantyhose

Northgirl outfit

Kingmaker

unlimited enchants

'unlimited' rings/amulets

 

The rest (except the game patches) are optional...any suggestions? I'd like to keep most of them if possible. Or, should I simply delete the entire data folder and start over? As it turns out right now, if I use the skyrim game launcher and edit the loaders, she'll run, by the child race (females) faces are blank and cannot use all the hair styles...and I can't get it to work again. If I use the load order listed above (created by NMM) the game does it's infamous CTD.

well lets start by moving all the unofficial patches to where they belong. also im guessing you havent used LOOT so go get that and run it.

Yeah, that's what I had to begin with, but I made the mistake of running NMM and that's the order it gave me..I'll try loot and see how that works, thank you.
