Skyrim keeps randomly crashing

Ok, so I have been having loads of issues with skyrim crashing randomly, sometimes I can go 5 mins other times 5 seconds before game crashes, I am not sure what the issue might be with my load order, I did the little memory tweak with SKSE and that didnt fix the issue either.

Any help solving this would be greatly appreciated!

 

My system Specs

CPU: i7-3770k

Memory: 16gig Corsair Vengeance

GPU: Geforce GTX 970 x2 SLI - Driver ver. 355.82

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

Monitor is 120hz 1080p LED Acer

 

I use Mod Organizer, SKSE, I ran TESVEdit on the update and expansion files. I also ran LOOT to setup my load order.

i'm guessing it's because of 2 thing, 1 is because windows 10 is less stable than the older version, 2 you just have a lot of mods at the same time that causes crashes (i have it with cities like whiterun two)

I have used every mod in my current list before, maybe not all at once, but I figure there has to be something that can fix it. I have ran load lists with over 150+ mods at a time without this issue, I am wondering if I have a set of incompatible mods somewhere in my current list..

So I installed ENB and ENBoost and it fixed the crashes, however it brought on new issues, Animals glitching around and some floating?
