You can set your graphics down to low, in the launcher. Also, turn off, or down everything you don't care for. Do not use anything that removes tumbleweeds, etc. They will screw up your game. I would also use the 4GB updated launcher, and the Stutter Remover as someone previously mentioned. There is also a mod called One Tweak, and that may help, a little, with FPS. It is, basically, a borderless windowed mod of the game. What you need to do is download it, open your launcher, put the game in windowed mod, click okay, exit launcher, unzip the mod, put it in the Data folder for the game, and you should be good to go from there.
