Please help with random CTDs driving me crazy.

Hey Guys i'm running fallout 3 goty with fomm on windows 8.1 heres my rig specs:

Laptop:
CPU: i7 4710-HQ 2.5 ghz boosts to 3.5 ghz
GFX: GTX 860 4GB Maxwell
RAM: 8GB

Im also running NMC large texture pack game runs at constant 60fps so i doubt its this.

I've done everything such as enabled the memory patch for more use of RAM, Tweaked the ini to boost support for cpu, Running enboost, Installing steam and fallout outside of program files.

The game runs stable anywhere from a few minutes to 2+ hours before randomly crashing outdoors and sometimes indoors.
Is it my load order? I have no idea whats causing this.
All help appreciated.

Bro it's probably Enhanced Weather. Try to run Fallout without that mod.
