Freezing on start up, please help

So whenever I launch the game through 4GB launcher, I get a crash as soon as the first slide appears. It's worth mentioning that after I launched for the first time after updating to the new NMM that it made through the first couple slides before an error message popped up. It said something about Project Nevada HUD extensions and crashed after that, I'm at a complete loss here and can't seem to figure out what the problem is. Here's my load order, Im still new to all this.

Here's the thing - I see LOTS of it's broken since new version of Mod Manager.

All games of FNV seem to be BROKEN.

NO ONE IS TALKING.

WHY?

Okay, first, you need to change to FOMM, and use that. It's a bit better. Second, find, download, and install Loot. Third, run loot. Fourth, sort plugins. Fifth, close loot, and run the game through FOMM. Eventually, get FNVEdit, as well, and clean up the files that Loot recommends you to clean.
