Unrar or move (and overwrite if nessary) as per normal. Default path is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data\meshes\nvdlc04\armor\nvdlc04riotgeararmor If your not familiar with the process let me know and I can make a esp/bsa combo to do it automatically.
