Fix First Person Bugs In Model Hacks

So I noticed that the Quiet hack (http://www.nexusmods.com/phantompain/mods/6/?) doesn't draw the hands in first person and has no first person glitches, while the ones with the hands drawn seem to have problems, ranging from mild to serious. I'm wondering if this might have something to do with it?

If so, can someone tell me how to do this on other model hacks?
