I installed the mod both manually and by nmm. But I do not get the quest in my journal it dosent matter how long i wait or what i do. I tried using console commands but it says something like BalokHelgen parameter not found.

Hm.. Is it possible that this problem has something to do with my game version. My game version is 1.7.7

your inability or reluctance to answer a simple question makes it seem clear you more then likely have a pirated copy, you can return if you prove you had a legit steam connected copy prior to the ban.
