Mod Request: Increase duration of Timed Responses

For people with dyslexia, the timed dialog responses pose an unintended difficulty challenge. Would someone be able to make a simple mod that lets one increaes the amount of time it takes to make response to these instances of timed choices? Or remove the time limit all together for those of us with reading impairments or maybe just those of us that like to ponder their choices.
