Bratwurst35
Hey, I'm requesting a mod that reduces the damage taken when wearing power armor (when DT > Weapon Damage). It should reduce the damage taken when DT>WD to 5% instead of 20%. There are a few mods that reduce the minimum damage taken, but instead of only power armor the mods influence every armor/creature. Is it even possible to change that for one single brand of clothing?Should include:T-45dT-51bRemnants ArmorGannon Family Tela ArmorNCR Salvaged Power ArmorScorched Sierra Power Armor (not a must) Thanks for your hard work! devinpatterson
Is it even possible to change that for one single brand of clothing? Yeah it's pretty easy. Essentially you just have a quest running and the script checks against the formlist of the armors you listed above. If it returns true it changes the game setting to .05. If I remember right it was fMinDamMultiplier. I'll try to put it together for you soon(ish), but I can't say when I'll fire up the geck next. Ladez
The change would be global, so the 5% would apply to everyone. No way around this except some complex scripting workarounds. Project Nevada does something like this to bypass DT when the head is unprotected. That would be a place to start looking for anyone looking into this.
