[Help] Can't access Pipboy. Everytime I try, the screen is black except for the local map.

But if I go to the start screen while Pipboy is active, the problem is fixed until I try to open it up again. Everything was fine up until after the first tutorial in the game and then it started doing this.

 

Does anyone know what could be causing this?
