NMM installs mods, but displays no options!

If I install a mod that prompts an options window such as RLO or ELFX for example, uninstall the mod, then try to reinstall it - It only installs the mods but gives me no options window. How do I know what it is or isn't installing if it doesn't prompt me to check anything? Very frustrating. This only started after upgrading NMM. The only way I can get a mod to open the options menu after re-installing it is if I re-download the mod to NMM. Plz help :(

According to the FAQ found in the site news and the NMM itself explaining in some dialogs "deactivating" a mod now only leads to the "links" to the files inside the VirtualInstall folder to be removed from your game. "Activate" it again and only the links will be put back in as well.

 

To actually "uninstall" a mod now one has to right-click the mod and choose either "uninstall from this profile" or "...from all profiles". This will uninstall the files previously installed into the VirtualInstall folder and the links to these from your game, but it will not touch your downloaded, or added from file, packages at all. Once "uninstalled", not just "deactivated", reactivating a mod package will again trigger the scripted install options to pop up and everything as usual.
