If you find nothing make sure your load order is properly sorted (LOOT or the sort button in MO) and afterwards check that you don't have any mod conflicts (The red triangle in MO -> Potential Mod Problem -> Click fix)

Run the full version of LOOT (you need to add it to MO executables). Make sure there's no red triangles in MO.

Look through the author's page for a specific load order or mention of issues.

Alternatively, politely ask the mod author what mods should be either above or below his. (A mod author is much more aware of possible conflicts with his mod)

i cant even get the game to start i have tryed loot but i still can get the game to even go to even open if its enabled any advice
