b) Aliens and UFOs don't exist. All the so-called "evidence" is either mis-identification of normal human or natural activity, or fraud.

 

You're absolutely right. Coincidentaly, all these alien "visits" just so happen to occur in the middle of the night when everyone exists, or when someone is out all alone fishing on a lake...in the middle of the night.

 

In the first case, you're most likely dreaming. However, some people say they actually felt it...The brain controls the body and it tells you to feel pain. I once had a dream where I was bit in the foot by a rat and I felt it. Does that make it real? Of course not. The only rats I've seen are the ones I dissected in Biology. There's also the idea of "unaccountable time." When you're sleeping, you're unconsious. Hours fly by instantly; it happens every night.

 

In the second case, being alone for long periods of time can cause someone to loose grip of reality. You see something and don't know if it's real or not, but there's no one there to confirm or deny it, so you assume it's real. It's also night time so you're probably very tired, again cause of halucination.

 

One more thing, isn't it convient that all these decriptions just so happen to look EXACTLY like they appear in the movies? That's one coincidence that's a little too hard to swallow.

 

In conclusion, most of these people just want to feel important so they make up this crap about alien abductions so they can appear in the news and feel like they aren't completely worthless.

I think all this talk about ETs is quite amusing, and you quite right to point out there isn't any evidence to even suggest ETs could very well indeed exist, ninja_lord666. However, as with Dark0ne, I too am open to the fact that maybe there might be, without a doubt in my mind, that life other than what we know here on Earth could very well exist. If there are advanced civilizations out there, kudos to them.

However, as with Dark0ne, I too am open to the fact that maybe there might be, without a doubt in my mind, that life other than what we know here on Earth could very well exist. If there are advanced civilizations out there, kudos to them.

 

I never said I don't think it's possible that they couldn't exist (I actually stated in a post somewhere that the chances are good), I just don't think it's possible that they could make it here. I do believe that somewhere in this vast universe there are probably several other livable planets. However, knowing somewhat how evolution works, those planets probably don't have other forms of humans.
