2. Hells to the no. Mod authors tend to frown on other users repacking their mods in giant packs for good reason.

Think about it this way, for people who DON'T know how to install a bunch of mods correctly (the correct order with all the dependancies), making the packs makes it a TON easier to install mods correctly.

 

Easy is not always best. Things have been simplified too much already as it is. People keep getting themselves into trouble trying to do somersaults before they can walk let alone run.
