Another potential mod conflict

The game crashes after a few seconds of seeing the first slide.

Before installing the mods, I was able to successfully load and start the game, so it's not an issue with Windows 7, FOSE is installed, all the mods were installed by NMM, and I've gone into the fallout 3 folder to make sure everything installed correctly and there weren't any loose files or folders that should have been handled differently, and it's all taken care of.

EDIT: Nevermind, it was an issue with the ENB that was fixed by restarting for some reason.

EDIT2: And the issue is back, restarting and removing the ENB seemed to change nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
