Modding w/ 1.0.0.15

I got tired of playing Fallout 3 with only 1 of my cores running so I switched to the 1.0.0.15 patch for the multi core support. If I create a mod with this patch active, will it cause problems for users of the mod that have a more recent patch? Most of my mods are follower/companion type mods, if that helps. I would think as long as they are custom companions and you didn't use FOSE in any scripts, there would be no problems.

I don't know what changes in the Fallout3.esm were made (if any) - that would be my only concern. And possibly some vanilla script commands working differently - doubt if it would be an issue though.
