CTD from Quickload in Rivet City Broken Section

Been playing for many hours now without incident. I am onto exploring the broken section of Rivet City and suddenly my game crashes every time I quick load. It happens 100% of the time and, so far, only in the broken section of Rivet City. Again, I've had absolutely no crashes up to this point. Any Ideas?

 

Edit: I got passed Rivet City and was able to complete the Wasteland Survival Guide quest without further crashes. However, the problem has returned. Again, I was playing for several hours without problems, stopped playing to go to bed, and when I wake up the next day to play suddenly quick saving anywhere crashes the game 100% of the time. I don't understand because it was working perfectly, I simply closed and re-opened the game. Now quick saving causes CTD every time no matter where I am.
