rudd103
I have no available dialogue options. NPC says their lines fine, but when it's my turn to speak I have no options to choose from (not even goodbye)Initially l thought it was just an issue with doc mitchell (can't do the couch portion of character creation), but after using Alternate Start to escape creation I found I can't talk to anyone. images attached. I tried the following together to try and start clean and the issue persists - Deleting all my saves - disabling all mods (including all DLC) in FOMM - Using Package Manager in FOMM to deactivate all mods - Verifying integrity of game cache - Delete all local files and re-download - Start a new game with all dlc deactivated, no mods installed on a fresh install - I did NOT manually remove the new vegas install folder or registry keys after deleting all local files, before re-downloading I'm willing to kill it all again and manually remove the folder if that will fix it, but if not I'm not sure what else to try beyond that. FNVEdit was freaking out not being able to find the ini file, but after the fresh install it works again. Though the dialogue issue still persists.I do have enough scripting experience to go messing around in config files if that's what's required, I just need to know where to look and what to fix. NOTE: I attached the thumbnails because the attach files was complaining about the file size. Quality is bunk but you can still see there's no dialogue options for me. rudd103
Major mods I've used that have the potential to be related (currently removed prior to the "clean" install) Tale of Two Wastelands (turned out to be way to unstable for me)Project NevadaWeapon Mods ExpandedOneHUDProjectRealityjsawyerYUP Issues started after trying to move away from Tale of Two Wastelands, but with the re-download I have no evidence that it's still the culprit.
