Brand new Minigame with load of replayable potential

I have nowhere near the modding experience I need to create my own minigame. So I thought one of you could do this if you want to. Message me for a preview of the figures i've already made. For some reason I can't post the picture.

What I had in mind was where you find small figures like this (I scaled to .1 for humanoids, and even smaller for larger creatures) from dead humanoid bodies, or loot, or from beating NPCs at the game in places such as taverns that also play the game. The more powerful the figure, the harder it is to find. Also if possible, say you kill Miraak, then you'd find a figure of Miraak on his corpse. If you killed a bandit you'd have a CHANCE of finding a weak NPC figurine on him. Or for example, a more powerful NPC figurine on a Bandit Chief. But only unique bosses would have 100% drops of their figurines. You'd start with a "hero" you choose, or maybe one of the same race as your character. Maybe you could find more heroes as a rare loot?

I don't have many ideas for game rules yet, though you could have different game modes. I'll leave those most of those to your judgement. But the general idea of it so far is your figures have to beat your opponents' hero, or vice versa. As far as how the fights are played out, my suggestions are to either have pieces move (like a chessboard), and have different powers relative to the real creature/NPC. Such as some can attack from a range, some heal and help allies, and is turn based. Or another idea is to basically make them miniatures of the real creatures/NPCs and fight in a table sized arena. You may also want to put a limit on how many figures each player can have per game. Maybe 10? Your choice. It'd also make sense though that if your opponent starts with only 2 figures, you can only start with 2 figures, and vice versa. You also only have 1 hero per game, and some creatures you also only have 1 of per game (Dragons, Dwarven Centurions, Giants, etc). Lastly, whoever wins can keep 1 figure from the loser (except the hero), winner's choice.

Next is factions. You pick compatible figurines as your army to play with at the start of each game. It wouldn't make sense for a falmer, a dragon priest, and a skeever to all fight for some random adventurer. Your hero (figurine) would start with being able to command only playable races, and tamable animals such as dogs or horses. But after each win, you'd get an upgrade point that you could spend to buy perks, armor, weapons, spells and consumables. You could then buy perks like "Animal Allegiance"' that would let you have animals in your army. Or "Bend Will" so you can command dragons or anyone else except Dwarven machines really. To control Dwarven machines I think it'd be good if your hero had Dwarven Armor on. And to be clear, you could still collect figures you can't use at the current moment. The weapons and equipment would obviously give your hero more health and damage. Spells would let you do thinks such as heal, or take control of an opponents figure for a short amount of time or certain number of turns. Could also buy a horse for your hero.

Factions I've come up with so far:

Playable races: Imperial or Bandit Factions.

Falmer: Falmer, and any animals associated with them.

Dwarven: Any Dwarven machines.

Nature: Bears, Skeevers, Trolls, Hagravens, etc. Pretty much any animal Falmer's don't have.

Vampires: Gargoyles, Death Hounds, Vampires, Vampire Lords.

Daedric: Miraak, Seekers, Lurkers, Dremora

Undead: Dragur, Skeletons, Can be commanded by Dragon Priests OR cult Necromancers.

Those are just some ideas for factions. May be possible that units from certain factions have bonuses. For example a Dawnguard would damage Undead and Vampires more, things like that. You could also implement game modes you think would be better, like a survival game mode. Or other features such as being able to upgrade units in your army as well. Also for replay value, and not being done with this mod after you beat each person in a tavern, you could have the tavern players choose a randomized army, on a easy, medium, hard, or legendary difficulty. Their armies could be random or themed (for example your opponent could have an all undead army).

That sucks, but there isnt a lot of modders here anymore, moved on to other games. I also had an idea for a game, but skyrims engine isnt built for stuff like that. I was hoping for Gwent but that cant happen. Although I did make a mod request for the cards, those would be fun to collect.
