In the description of this mod you write that you in the hardcore version "disabled tagging/wallhacking... disabled object highlighting/blinking". I use the hardcore version and can still tag both animals and enemies and objects are still highlighted. Maybe that's caused by the fact that I'm using not the official product so to speak.
