[MOD REQUEST] Dirty Hair Texture

I don't know how hard this would be, and I have no idea what I'm doing with my hands when I look at the modkit. However, I've noticed that Geralt's hair looks really, really, really pretty, more so the higher the graphics are set. Now, in the right situation, this isn't a problem. But Geralt wades through muck and slime and filth and gunk on a pretty much everyday basis, and very rarely washes his hair, which is what would be necessary for the beautiful HairFX locks that shine like conditioner is a commonplace item.
So, what I want is a variation on a white hair texture that's caked with dirt and mud. That way, next time I'm wading through the Novigrad sewers or weathering a snowstorm in Skellige, my perfect hair won't be a distraction.
